JINR employees
- fill the registration form.
- The filled form will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the form.
- The printed and signed registration form should be brought to the room № 323, LIT (from 9:00-till 18:00).
- The confirmation of registration will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration form; the letter will contain registration data, login and a temporary password that should be changed during 7 days.
For users from other organizations
An access to the resources of the HybriLIT Heterogeneous Platform is provided only to scientific groups and researchers who have ongoing cooperation with JINR laboratories in accordance with framework of Topical plan for JINR Research and international cooperation (JINR TP).
- send an official letter addressed to Trubnikov G.V., the director of JINR ( letter form).
- The original formal letter should be sent to the following address: JINR, Joliot-Curie 6, 141980 Dubna, Moscow region, Russia.
- The decision on registration confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration form.
- In case of registration confirmation, each employee should fill the registration form.
- The filled form will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the form.
- The printed and signed registration form should be scanned and sent to the following address: hybrilit@jinr.ru.
- The confirmation of registration will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration form during a week; the letter will contain registration data, login and a temporary password that should be changed during 7 days.
“Govorun” supercomputer users
Access to the “Govorun” supercomputer can be granted to scientists, research teams from JINR and JINR member-states.
In order to manage access to the “Govorun” supercomputer, a specialized User Committee (UC) has been created. UC will grant access to the “Govorun” and decide access priority to the supercomputer computation resources.
Access to the resources is granted for the period requested by the user; however, limitation of access is 1 year.
Please note that a month before the 1-year access period is over, user is supposed to provide a report that includes data on the achieved results. Prolongation of the access is decided by the UC on the basis of the submitted report.
For JINR employees
- In order to get access to the resources of the “Govorun” supercomputer user would need to fill a form «Extended description of the task».
- The filled form will be sent via e-mail to the specified e-mail address.
- Printed form is signed by the applicant and the supervisor of the project; once signed, the form should be delivered to the room № 323, LIT (from 900 till 1800).
- Once the decision on granting access to the resources is made, user will receive e-mail notification; in case of positive decision, all participants of the project specified in the applicant’s form should fill registration form on our website.
For employees from other organizations
An access to the resources of the “Govorun” supercomputer is provided only to scientific groups and researchers who have ongoing cooperation with JINR laboratories in accordance with framework of Topical plan for JINR Research and international cooperation (JINR TP).
- In order to get access to the resources of the “Govorun” supercomputer user would need to:
- send an official Letter (letter form) addressed to the Chairman of UC that provides a short description of the task, the necessity to use supercomputer resources and the amount of the required resources (CPU, GPU, storage capacity).
- Signed letter “Extended description of the task” should be sent to the following address: JINR, Joliot-Curie 6, 141980 Dubna, Moscow region, Russia.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent to the e-mail address specified in the registration form during a week; the letter will contain registration data, login and a temporary password that should be changed during 7 days.
